We're Moving - Practice Close Nov. 4 - Jan. 2
Dear Friends,
My husband and I are moving to the Rose City neighborhood. We've bought a wonderful 1920's Cape Cod bungalow on a quiet street near NE 62nd & Sandy Blvd. I'm going to continue to provide relaxing and therapeutic bodywork in our new home. There's a lovely blue room on the main floor with plantation shutters, hardwood flooring, and a bathroom just across the hall.
We will have a mature dog living with us, a friendly Labrador retriever mix named Lotus. (He was named for the sports car, not the flower.) I intend to crate-train him so he will be content to wait quietly in another room while I'm with a client.
I regret that I need to close my practice temporarily beginning Nov. 4 through Jan. 2. We need time for renovating our new home, doing some repairs to the old house to ready it for sale, moving, and, of course, setting up the new massage room.
Thank you for your patience. Wish us luck!
I look forward to seeing you in January.

Give Yourself a Foot Rub
Between sessions with your professional massage therapist, you may want to practice self-massage on one of the most sensitive areas of your body--your feet.
Foot massage helps relax your whole body and relieve stress by soothing nerve endings in the feet. In the morning, you can stimulate energy for the tasks ahead with a brisk foot massage. Try a slow massage on the feet In the evening to help soothe the day's stress. If you have trouble reaching your feet, roll the sole of your foot on a tennis ball. Electric foot massagers are also available.
Practice on yourself, or trade a great foot massage with a friend.
